    Argo Biomedical Services is a pioneer when it comes to service. We take our repair services to the next level by having the ability to repair equipment down to the board and component levels while others resort to board swaps.

    Our technicians maintain the highest levels of repair services by staying up to date with all the necessary equipment training.

    Our repair facility has all the necessary testing equipment to accurately test all equipment before it’s delivered to our customers.

    Repair Process

    All equipment is tracked by individual serial numbers or customer’s internal tracking numbers after it arrives to our facility. With feedback provided by the customer the equipment is evaluated to determine any or all problems.
    Once the evaluation/estimation process is complete, a formal estimate is either emailed or faxed to our customers for approval (Argo will not complete any repairs without customer approval). The evaluation process takes 1-3 business days. After any estimate is approved, the unit is repaired are returned personally by one of our sales staff unless otherwise specified by customer.

    The entire estimate through repair process takes approximately 5-7 business days to complete. If a repair takes any longer than 7 business days to complete the customer is notified in advance to ensure expectations are continuously met.

    Repair/Exchange Service

    For quicker turn-around times we offer a repair/exchange service that allows our customer’s to exchange their faulty equipment for fully warranted equipment of equivalent function and workability.

    Not only will the customer receive a quality refurbished, warranted piece of equipment in place of their broken equipment, but this repair/exchange option is a more cost effective option compared to a straight up repair.

    Refurbished Equipment

    Like all our repaired equipment, Argo refurbishes equipment utilizing the highest quality standards. Purchasing new equipment is costly and since managing budgets is a high priority, buying refurbished equipment is a cost effective alternative.

    We have most OEM models to meet your refurbished equipment needs. Depending on our inventory, refurbished equipment can be delivered in 1-2 days. Our year warranty applies to all our refurbished equipment.
